Things heat up for Summer

The White Horse hosted 23 players on June 4, while the average attendance at the Black Bull is up by 50% to 15 players per week with most Thursdays now a 3-table event.

The Internet connection at the White Horse supplied by "The Cloud" is currently out of action, and Tuesday's registration was an old-skool pen an paper affair. How long the WiFi outage will last is unclear, so if you can arrive a few minutes early for the next couple of weeks, please do.

The CPP website has been re-worked recently, mainly to try make it easier for tournament directors to process registrations and control the blinds. There have been a few suggestions for changes to the online system, but I can't remember what they were which is why I always recommend using email when it comes to anything to do with the website.
